All Egret Amber orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Los Angeles. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as each order is handled with care.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of tea, all tea purchases are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@egretamber.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Egret Amber is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, reach out — we’re always happy to help investigate.
